Two misunderstandings about flavors
One is that flavors should not be added to food or that adding flavors is bad. The improvement of modern living standards and the accelerated pace of life have made people more and more fond of eating fast and convenient processed foods, and they hope that the food flavors should be delicious and rich and varied, which can only be achieved by adding flavors. Second, foreigners do not eat or rarely eat foods with flavors added. Flavors are “imported products”, and the more developed the country, the higher the per capita consumption of flavors. The per capita consumption of food spices and flavors in my country is far lower than that in the United States, Japan, and developed countries and regions in Western Europe.
