Introduction
Coriander oil is a volatile essential oil extracted from mature seeds of coriander (coriander). It has the unique aroma and taste of coriander, similar to linalool, usually a colorless or light yellow liquid, almost insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, ether, glacial acetic acid, has certain anti-mildew properties, a flash point of 145℃, and a boiling point of 193℃.
