Introduction

Clove Oleoresin Extraction Method

Remove paper, recover solvent to get clove oleoresin.
Clove oleoresin is viscous, less fragrant than volatile oil.
Supercritical CO₂ Extraction Method
Crush clove leaves into coarse powder, put in extraction device.
