Aroma characteristics: It has a warm, spicy, sweet and woody aroma.

Effects:
Digestive system: Oral administration helps support a healthy digestive system and relieve occasional indigestion and nausea.

Skin care: It can be mixed with shampoo to help remove head wind and headaches. Diluted with base oil and massaged, it helps dissipate blood stasis, treat trauma, and promote hair growth. In addition, dripping it into foot bath water can promote blood circulation and remove athlete’s foot and foot odor.

Emotional regulation: Its uplifting aroma can reduce stress, sadness and anxiety, enhance positive energy, help create a balanced mentality, and make people feel happy.

Pain relief: Use it to relieve arthritis, joint pain, rheumatism, cramps, and muscle soreness. When used as an ingredient in hot compresses, it also helps relieve muscle pain and indigestion.

Respiratory Care: Through the use of incense, it can relieve mucositis, sore throat and tonsillitis, and has a certain auxiliary therapeutic effect on colds, flu, etc.

How to use:

Incense: Use an incense burner or vaporizer. Limit each session to no more than 30 minutes, and use up to three times per day.

Massage or bath: Dilute ginger essential oil with a carrier oil at an appropriate ratio for body massage or add it to bath water. When diluted with a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil, massaging the abdomen helps promote digestion and soothe the stomach.

Skin care: Add it to creams or lotions to help improve poor circulation and reduce bruising. Use with caution when applying to the face.

Handkerchief inhalation: Place one drop of essential oil on a handkerchief and inhale as needed to relieve seasickness, morning nausea, indigestion, colds, and similar discomforts.
