Baisfu Eurycoma longifolia Jack (Eurycoma longifolia Jack), English name: Ali’s Umbrella, alias: Ali’s rod, Dongyari, Malay ginseng, natural aphrodisiac, earth warrior, king of the forest, medicine for all diseases, etc. It is a kind of wild shrub plant that grows in the moist sandy soil of the original tropical rain forest near the equator in Southeast Asia. Quassin-like compounds are the main active components of the plant, eurycomanone (EN) is the most representative one.
