Garlic Essential Oil is a volatile essential oil extracted from the bulb of garlic (Allium sativum L.) of the lily family through steam distillation, supercritical CO₂ extraction and other methods. It is a light yellow to amber liquid with a strong, pungent characteristic garlic smell. It is widely used in food, medicine, agriculture and other fields.

Main ingredients
The chemical composition of garlic essential oil is complex, and the core active ingredient is sulfur-containing compounds, accounting for 70%~90%.
Allicin: The active ingredient produced by the decomposition of alliin (Alliin) contained in garlic under the action of allinase (Alliinase). It has strong antibacterial and antioxidant effects, but poor stability and is easily decomposed into other sulfur-containing compounds;
