Intro
Huperdine A is a natural alkaloid extracted from Melaleuca SPP.
It is a potent, reversible and highly selective second-generation acetylcholinesterase inhibitor.
It is a yellowish to white crystalline powder, soluble in chloroform, soluble in methanol, ethanol and slightly soluble in water.
Huperdine A has high lipid solubility, small molecule and can well permeate the blood-brain barrier.
