Introduction
Jasmine Oil is a precious aromatic essential oil obtained by extracting from the flowers of Jasmine (Jasminum sambac). Jasmine originates from tropical Asian regions like India and Pakistan, and now people widely grow it in warm regions across the world, such as China, Egypt, and Morocco. People mainly use solvent extraction and supercritical carbon dioxide extraction methods to obtain jasmine essential oil. Since the aroma components of jasmine are relatively complex and highly heat-sensitive, we don’t commonly use traditional distillation. Jasmine oil usually presents as a light yellow to amber liquid, emitting a rich, sweet, elegant and long-lasting floral aroma, and is renowned as the “king of essential oils.”
Ingredients:Benzyl acetate, linalool, benzyl alcohol.
Efficacy and effects
Mood regulation: The aroma of jasmine essential oil soothes and uplifts powerfully. It effectively relieves negative emotions like anxiety, tension, and depression. It improves mood, boosts self-confidence, and brings a sense of pleasure and relaxation. In aromatherapy, we often use it to enhance mood, reduce stress, help people unwind, and improve sleep quality.
Skin care: Moisturizing and nourishing, anti-wrinkle and firming, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, whitening and lightening.
Women’s health: Jasmine essential oil regulates the female reproductive system to a certain extent. It alleviates premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and menopausal discomfort symptoms including mood swings, hot flashes, and insomnia. It promotes pelvic blood circulation, regulates the menstrual cycle, eases dysmenorrhea, and also has an aphrodisiac effect, which helps strengthen intimacy.
Promote blood circulation: When we use jasmine essential oil through massage and other means, it stimulates the nerve endings on the skin’s surface. This action promotes blood circulation, enabling all parts of the body to better absorb oxygen and nutrients. Consequently, it enhances the body’s metabolism and immunity.
