 Introduction

Baisifu Litchi Flavor is an additive to simulate the aroma and flavor of litchi. It has a rich and realistic lychee fruit aroma. In the taste can be very good to restore the sweet taste of litchi. Natural raw materials: We mainly obtain juice by pressing lychee pulp. The effective components can also be extracted from the peel and core of litchi by extraction technology.
Synthetic raw materials: Some compounds related to lychee aroma are synthesized artificially. Common esters, such as ethyl butyrate, isoamyl acetate and so on. There are also some alcohols and aldehydes, such as linalool, citral and so on.

Extraction process: For natural raw materials, we often use the distillation method. Heating the litchi makes the aroma components volatilize with steam, and then we collect them by cooling and condensation. We also use the solvent extraction method. We select a suitable solvent to dissolve and extract the flavor substances in the litchi, and then evaporating the solvent obtains the concentrated extract.
Synthesis process: Through organic chemical reaction to synthesize spices, after separation, purification to ensure purity.
