Parthenolide Intro
Parthenolide is a sesquiterpene lactone natural product, isolated from the medicinal plants such as tansy, sightseeing wood, etc. These plants are widely used in fever, insect repellent and anti-inflammatory. In recent years, studies have confirmed that feverolactone has a variety of important pharmacological activities, such as anti-tumor, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and anti-atherosclerosis, etc. Feverolactone has been traditionally used to treat migraine, fever and rheumatoid arthritis.

Use
The sesquiterpene lactones are compounds derived from feverfew that were originally used to treat skin infections, rheumatism, and migraines. Recent studies have shown that feverolide can inhibit the growth of cancer cells such as prostate cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancer, leukemia cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, colorectal adenocarcinoma, and medulloblastoma. In animal models, feverolide can also treat skin cancer caused by ultraviolet light.
