Thunberg Fritillary Bulb is the dried bulb of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq., a plant of the Liliaceae family.

1Fritillary extract Clears lung heat and rids of phlegm, hot cough due toasthenic heat palpitations
and syndrome of heart with thick phlegm, breast scrofula, nodules, external application for boils.
2 .Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae is mildly cold and good for moisturizing: chronic cough that injured
yin ( into asthenic heat syndrome of heart), dry cough without phlegm.
3 .Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii purging is stronger than Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhose. It is used for
getting rid of stagnant phlegm, stopping cough. It can cure cough with yellow phlegm.
4 .Fritillary extract Relieves cough and expels phlegm.
5 .Small amount of the saponin can raise blood pressure of dogs, cats, and rabbits while large
amount can lower it.
