Turmeric Oleoresin E40 Water-Soluble is a water-soluble turmeric oleoresin, usually obtained from the dried rhizomes of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) by solvent extraction. It is a bright orange-yellow viscous liquid with a unique aroma of turmeric.
Main ingredients:
The main coloring ingredient is curcumin, which is a general term for a yellow, slightly acidic diphenylheptane substance based on curcumin, including curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin. In addition, it may also contain p-α-dimethylbenzylethanol, 1-methyl-4-acetyl-1-cyclohexane, turmeric ketone, α-phellandrene, juniperine, gingerene and other ingredients, which constitute its main fragrance.
