Turmeric Oleoresin (oil-soluble) E40 and E60 are oil-soluble turmeric oleoresins, usually extracted from turmeric rhizomes. E40 and E60 may represent different specifications. The main difference may be in the curcumin content. The curcumin content of E60 may be higher than that of E40.

Main ingredients: The main ingredients are curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, and dedimethoxycurcumin, which constitute the main body of the pigment. It also contains p-α-dimethylbenzylethanol, turmeric ketone, α-phellandrene, juniperine, gingerene, gingerone and other ingredients, which are the main sources of fragrance. In addition, it may also contain other ingredients such as eucalyptol, borneol, and caprylic acid.
